14-days-Exchange/Return Policy If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for an exchange or a full refund (excluding postage spent). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, all customers should feel free to do exchanges or refunds.
With LaceMeUp pty ltd’s 14-day no hassle exchange/refund policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. - Include a self-addressed and prepaid bag in order for us to send you a new item
- Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 24hours of receipt), your new item will be sent out straight away in your own bag provided
For Refunds, you do not need to include a return bag; your refund will be processed within 24 hrs after item is received back by us. (Exchange form will be included in your package) Due to hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund underwear.
